Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 6 heaping Tbsp. Minute rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. celery
- 3 c. diced carrots
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Fry hamburger with onions, cut small, until tender. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
