Ingredients
- 1/4 c. low-calorie margarine
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. (1/2-inch) white bread cubes
- 2 c. blueberries
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. granulated fructose
- 8 Tbsp. nondairy whipped topping
Method
- Melt margarine, then mix in water and bread cubes.
- Transfer 1/3 of mixture to the bottom of baking dish.
- Top with 1 cup blueberries.
- Sprinkle with half the lemon juice and fructose. Repeat the layers ending with the bread cubes.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Top with whipped topping.
