Ingredients
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. onion or more to taste
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and put in buttered baking dish. Top with crushed cornflakes (can use Product 19 or Total cereal). Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
