Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/4 cans water
- 2 cans chow mein noodles (save 1/4 can for top)
Method
- Brown onions and celery.
- Add ground turkey and brown.
- Add salt, pepper, chili powder, soups and water.
- Add chow mein noodles.
- Sprinkle remaining noodles on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
