Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, whipped
- 1 c. rum
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch; add to butter while stirring.
- Add milk, egg and rum.
- Cook until smooth and glossy.
- Serve over pound cake, bread pudding or ice cream.
