Ingredients
- 6 pears
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 3 c. sugar
Method
- Grate the rind of orange.
- Peel and core all fruit.
- Run all fruit (pears, apples and orange) through a blender until it is of applesauce consistency.
- The add grated orange rind.
- Cook to near soft ball stage, then can.
- Yields approximately 2 pints.
