Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 5 to 6 drops Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Method
- In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
