Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can October beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 2 lb. ground chuck, salted and peppered, browned and drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce or more

Method

  • Layer beans with onion and pepper.
  • Put meat on top, then pour barbecue sauce over top.
  • Use crock-pot; cook on low overnight.
  • Do not stir until ready to remove from pot.
  • Makes about 20 servings.
