- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can October beans
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can Great Northern beans
- 2 lb. ground chuck, salted and peppered, browned and drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. barbecue sauce or more
Method
- Layer beans with onion and pepper.
- Put meat on top, then pour barbecue sauce over top.
- Use crock-pot; cook on low overnight.
- Do not stir until ready to remove from pot.
- Makes about 20 servings.
