Ingredients

  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing, crushed
  • 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley (fresh) or about 2 spoons parsley flakes (if fresh is not available)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 3 lb. chicken (1 1/2 lb. boned, skinned chicken breast)
  • 1 lb. butter

Method

  • Combine dressing with cheese, parsley and garlic.
  • Set aside. Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then in bread mixture to coat well.
  • Place in shallow baking dish or foil covered cookie sheet.
  • Pieces should not touch.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
