Ingredients
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing, crushed
- 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. parsley (fresh) or about 2 spoons parsley flakes (if fresh is not available)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 3 lb. chicken (1 1/2 lb. boned, skinned chicken breast)
- 1 lb. butter
Method
- Combine dressing with cheese, parsley and garlic.
- Set aside. Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then in bread mixture to coat well.
- Place in shallow baking dish or foil covered cookie sheet.
- Pieces should not touch.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
