Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Spoon into lightly greased three (3) cup casserole pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
- Yield:
- 2 1/2 cups.
