Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 ripe California avacados
  • 1 3/4 cup Pace Picante sauce (choose mild, medium, or hot bottles your choice)
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 small vine-ripened tomato
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

Method

  • In a large bowl, scoop out avacados with a spoon and place in. Next, add Pace sauce in and mix in until just turning brown.After, chop parsley on cutting board until pieces are no bigger than your thumb (the more coarsely chopped, the better!). Then add to bowl. Mix together for five minutes. Yum!
  • Now to add some zest, include lemon or lime juice (preferably after mixing other ingreidents) and mix for a couple seconds.
