Ingredients
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 12 oz. smooth peanut butter
- 6 c. corn flakes
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. coconut
Method
- In a double boiler, melt white chocolate (not almond bark) until smooth.
- Stir in crushed peppermint sticks or discs.
- Pour onto waxed paper and let set.
- Break into bite size pieces and serve.
- (I drop by teaspoonfuls and the pieces are automatically bite size.)
