Ingredients
- 3 whole Large Ripe Peaches
- 14 ounces, fluid Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Honey (I Like Tupelo)
- 1/2 cups Sugar (less If Your Peaches Are Super-sweet)
- 1/4 cups Ice Wine, Late Harvest Wine Or Lillet Blanc
Method
- Put all ingredients in the blender (take the pits out of the peaches first, duh). Blend until smooth.
- Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to get all the peach skin bits out. Or don't, if you don't care.
- Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Scoop into some tupperware and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before eating.
