Ingredients
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. potato chips, slightly crushed
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Cream together sugar, margarine and Crisco.
- Add brown and white sugar; mix well.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Sift together flour, salt and soda.
- Add potato chips and nuts.
- Mix all together.
- Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Store in tight can.
