Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dry ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. sesame seed
Method
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
- Pour over pork and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
