Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 1/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Method
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, honey, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice with wire whisk until smooth.
- Pour into an unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie crust with high, fluted edges.
