Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts, split (you can remove bone)
- 1/3 c. melted no fat margarine or whatever type
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. mustard or Dijon mustard (for a spicier taste)
- breadcrumbs and egg/milk wash
Method
- Dip chicken in wash and bread with breadcrumbs.
- Fry quickly until golden brown.
- Arrange in baking dish.
- Mix with the margarine, honey and mustard together and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes covered with foil.
