Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken quartered or 4 breasts
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. honey
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a shallow baking dish just large enough to hold chicken in a single layer. Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper together.
- Then coat chicken pieces.
- Arrange chicken, skin side down, in butter.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
