Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) bag barbecue flavored potato chips, crushed
- honey
Method
- You will need Reynolds Cut Rite wax paper.
- In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; dip in egg mixture.
- Place crushed chips on a sheet of wax paper.
- Dip chicken in crushed chips, turning to coat evenly.
- Place coated chicken in microwave safe platter; sprinkle with remaining crushed chips.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave on Medium-high power until chicken is tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Serve immediately with honey.
- Makes 4 servings.
