- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 4 tsp. horseradish mustard
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 2 1/2 c. celery
Method
- Chop onion and celery fine and combine with oil, vinegar, mustard, ketchup and seasonings.
- Pour mixture over shrimp.
- Let set overnight, turning once or twice to cover shrimp.
