Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell; bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
