Ingredients
- 1 lb. pkg. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Method
- Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Drain.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid.
