Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix (your favorite brand)
  • 1 c. prepared guacamole (make your own or use ready-made)
  • 1 c. tomato-based salsa
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and seasoning mix.
  • Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
  • Layer guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, onions and olives over cream cheese mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Refrigerate any remaining dip.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Serves 6.
