Ingredients

  • 1 gal. homemade spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 wild turkey breast, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices

Method

  • Roll turkey breast in bread crumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel, then place in baking dish.
  • Cover meat with spaghetti sauce, then cover.
  • Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove cover and place cheese on top of each piece of turkey, may have to cut cheese into small pieces.
  • Best served with fresh broccoli, homemade rolls and spaghetti.
