Ingredients
- 1 gal. homemade spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 wild turkey breast, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- Italian bread crumbs
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
Method
- Roll turkey breast in bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel, then place in baking dish.
- Cover meat with spaghetti sauce, then cover.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
- Remove cover and place cheese on top of each piece of turkey, may have to cut cheese into small pieces.
- Best served with fresh broccoli, homemade rolls and spaghetti.
