Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinless
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted and divided
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. honey
Method
- Brush chicken with 1/4 cup melted oleo.
- Place flour and chicken in plastic bag and shake to cover chicken.
- Arrange in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine remaining oleo, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce in small saucepan.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour over partially cooked chicken. Bake for 30 more minutes.
- Baste frequently.
- Serves 6.
