Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 17 oz. can green peas, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook macaroni according to directions on box.
- While still hot, drizzle with oil and vinegar.
- Add onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
- Toss well.
- Gently mix in peas, ham, celery and mayonnaise.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serve on salad greens.
