Ingredients
- 3 cans white hominy, drained
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped to taste (may be omitted)
Method
- Place drained hominy in a large, greased baking dish.
- Mix soups, pimentos and peppers.
- Mix part of cheese into mixture. Mix all together.
- Put remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serves about 20.
