Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. chopped dry roast peanuts
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. shredded onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Save back 1 cup peanuts and combine all the other ingredients; refrigerate until firm.
- Remove and shape into a log or ball and roll in the reserved peanuts.
- Wrap loosely in foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled; garnish with parsley and maraschino cherries.
