Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Salt
- 3 dashes Pepper
- 2 racks Pork Ribs
Method
- Place brown sugar, ketchup, water, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cut up the rack of ribs so there are about 2-4 rib bones per piece of meat.
- Place 3 to 4 ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce.
- Repeat until all the ribs and sauce are gone.
- Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
- (If you want to make the sauce Honey Garlic add 1 teaspoon of Garlic and 2 tablespoons of honey before you blend)
