Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1- 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 3 dashes Pepper
  • 2 racks Pork Ribs

Method

  • Place brown sugar, ketchup, water, red wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Cut up the rack of ribs so there are about 2-4 rib bones per piece of meat.
  • Place 3 to 4 ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce.
  • Repeat until all the ribs and sauce are gone.
  • Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
  • (If you want to make the sauce Honey Garlic add 1 teaspoon of Garlic and 2 tablespoons of honey before you blend)
