- 4 to 5 qt. tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 25 diced jalapenos (1 1/2 c. ground)*
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 4 tsp. cumin
- 4 to 5 c. chopped onions
Method
- Chop all ingredients (except tomatoes) in food processor. Pour into large stockpot.
- Cook to desired thickness.
- Pack into quart jars and can.
