Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 carton Cool Whip
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Method

  • Mix together flour, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, butter and nuts.
  • Pat in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.
  • Cream together cream cheese, 2/3 cup powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes.
  • Spread mixture over cheese mixture. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate.
