Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 carton Cool Whip
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
Method
- Mix together flour, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, butter and nuts.
- Pat in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.
- Cream together cream cheese, 2/3 cup powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes.
- Spread mixture over cheese mixture. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate.
