Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- a drop of yellow food coloring (optional)
Method
- Mix flour, salt and shortening.
- Add water and egg making a soft dough.
- Roll out and let dry for about 1 hour.
- Drop in hot broth after cutting.
