- 1 3/4 c. favorite liquor (Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, Scotch, etc.)
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 4 eggs
Method
- In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice, if desired.
- Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 1 month.
- Makes about 5 cups.
