Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. favorite liquor (Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, Scotch, etc.)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 4 eggs

Method

  • In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice, if desired.
  • Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 1 month.
  • Makes about 5 cups.
