Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 banana, sliced
- 14 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
Method
- Blend above until smooth. Serve the colder the better.
