Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 large cabbage, grated
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 large onion, grated
- 2 cans French-cut green beans
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 2 pkg. eggroll wraps
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- In large skillet, add cabbage, carrots, onion, beans and soy sauce.
- Cook until vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place 2 tablespoons of vegetables per wrapper.
- Roll up and deep fry eggroll until they slightly brown.
