Ingredients

  • 6 oz Mayo
  • 5 oz sour cream
  • 3 oz dry dill
  • 2 oz chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 7 oz bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 oz warm water
  • 2 oz Chili flakes flakes or powder
  • 2 oz dry oregano
  • 1 oz Seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Method

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Mix the ingredients by hand for 8 to 10 minutes , or until the dough becomes nice and smooth , you might need some more flour
  • Place the dough in the refrigerator , don't forget to cover it or put the dough in a plastic bag before you place it in the refrigerator
  • The dough has to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before you want to roll it and bake it
  • Take out the dough from the refrigerator then add flour on the surface and start rolling the dough
  • try to roll the dough as much as you could we want it to be thin
  • remove the excess flour and spread a layer of water on top of the dough thrn Season the dough with your favorite herbs and spices , I used dry oregano, black pepper seasoning salt and chili flakes
  • Cut the dough before you bake it
  • Place it in the oven to bake on 400F for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes golden brown
  • For the dip::::: add all the ingredients together and give it a mix
