Ingredients
- 400 grams Ground chicken
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 cm Grated garlic (from a tube)
- 3 sprinkles Umami seasoning
- 3 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 Egg
- 1 Plain flour
Method
- Add all the flavourings except the flour (including the corn starch) to the ground chicken, add the egg and mix well until sticky.
- Roll the mixture out into oval shapes and put in a baking dish fully coated with flour.
- Flip the nuggets over, so they are lightly coated with flour, and let them sit for a while.
- Reshape the nuggets and fry in oil heated to 340F - 360F/170C - 180C.
- When they are crispy and golden, they're done.
