Ingredients

  • 400 grams Ground chicken
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 cm Grated garlic (from a tube)
  • 3 sprinkles Umami seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Plain flour

Method

  • Add all the flavourings except the flour (including the corn starch) to the ground chicken, add the egg and mix well until sticky.
  • Roll the mixture out into oval shapes and put in a baking dish fully coated with flour.
  • Flip the nuggets over, so they are lightly coated with flour, and let them sit for a while.
  • Reshape the nuggets and fry in oil heated to 340F - 360F/170C - 180C.
  • When they are crispy and golden, they're done.
