Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cook in lightly oiled skillet or griddle until lightly browned on both sides.
- Top with applesauce and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Good source of protein, great for kids lunches.
