Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- dried rosemary
- oil and salt as needed
Method
- Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm water.
- Stir to dissolve yeast.
- Add flour, salt and onion; knead until smooth.
- Let rise until doubled.
- Punch it down; flatten dough on oiled cookie sheet to 1-inch thick.
- Oil top of dough.
- Let it rise to double. Sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
