Ingredients
- 1 qt. dill pickles
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
Method
- Drain juice from dill pickles.
- Into large bowl, slice pickles 1/4 inch thick.
- Add sugar, vinegar and spices.
- (Spices are to be tied in two thin cloth bags.)
- Stir gently.
- Let stand at room temperature until sugar dissolves and makes own syrup.
