Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
- Cream the cream cheese and pineapple.
- When smooth, add 1 cup pecans, pepper, onions and seasoned salt.
- Chill mixture well.
- Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
- Chill until served.
