Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 Tomatoes, Diced
- Salt And Pepper
- 16 ounces, weight Brie Cheese
- 2- 1/2 ounces, weight Basil Leaves
- 32 ounces, weight Your Favorite Short Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions, Drained But Not Rinsed
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 F.
- In a large oven-safe dish or pot mix together the garlic, vinegar, oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Put the pot in the warm oven to marinate the tomatoes for at least 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Dice up the cheese and wash the basil leaves.
- Put them in large serving bowl.
- Add the hot pasta and mix well.
- Then pour the marinade and tomatoes over the pasta and mix until fully incorporated.
- Serve immediately.
