Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Tomatoes, Diced
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 16 ounces, weight Brie Cheese
  • 2- 1/2 ounces, weight Basil Leaves
  • 32 ounces, weight Your Favorite Short Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions, Drained But Not Rinsed

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170 F.
  • In a large oven-safe dish or pot mix together the garlic, vinegar, oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Put the pot in the warm oven to marinate the tomatoes for at least 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Dice up the cheese and wash the basil leaves.
  • Put them in large serving bowl.
  • Add the hot pasta and mix well.
  • Then pour the marinade and tomatoes over the pasta and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Serve immediately.
