Ingredients
- 4 green pepper shells
- 3 cut up wieners
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 16 oz. pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. catsup
Method
- Precook the green pepper shells in boiling salted water 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Mix pork and beans, wieners, onion, brown sugar, catsup and mustard.
- Fill shells and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
