- 2 pounds buffalo Ground
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 potatoes cut for french fries
- 6 carrots peeled, and
- 4 onions sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 inch celery cut 3" lengths
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 lemon
Method
- Take a square of aluminum foil, place in center a buffalo burger. Place a slice of onion on it, 4 to 6 potato strips, 4 to 6 pieces of carrot, 2 pieces of celery. Pull foil up to form a cup, then dip over each burger 1 tablespoon of sauce (combine above ingredients). Twist foil edges tightly. Place package on grill and cook to desired doneness.
