Ingredients

  • 2 pounds buffalo Ground
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 potatoes cut for french fries
  • 6 carrots peeled, and
  • 4 onions sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 inch celery cut 3" lengths
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 lemon

Method

  • Take a square of aluminum foil, place in center a buffalo burger. Place a slice of onion on it, 4 to 6 potato strips, 4 to 6 pieces of carrot, 2 pieces of celery. Pull foil up to form a cup, then dip over each burger 1 tablespoon of sauce (combine above ingredients). Twist foil edges tightly. Place package on grill and cook to desired doneness.
  • This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
