Ingredients
- 1/2 c. each dried beans: Great Northern, black, large limas, pintos, red or kidney, black-eyed peas, split peas and navy beans
- 2 large onions
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 lb. ham (preferably with bone)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Wash and bring all beans to a boil.
- Drain off water and add fresh water.
- Add onions, celery and ham.
- Add salt and pepper and cook until done.
