Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 24 thin slices pepperoni

Method

  • Preheat oven to 35o.
  • In a small bowl, combine Bisquick, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; blend well.
  • Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of dough, roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Repeat until all of the dough has been used up.
  • Top each ball with a slice of pepperoni; press to flatten slightly.
  • Bake until pepperoni is bubbly and biscuit is golden around the edges, about 10 minutes.
