Ingredients
- 1 or 2 pkg. broccoli
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped, fried, drained and crumbled
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Wash broccoli in cold water; break off flowerets.
- Mix dressing.
- Will be thick when first mixed.
- Gets thinner as it gets cold.
- Refrigerate; stir often.
