Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or 1 fryer, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 2 c. chicken broth
Method
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in casserole dish. Mix soups with 1 cup broth and pour over chicken.
- Mix butter and 1 cup broth and stir in stuffing mix.
- Spoon this over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes.
