Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, not soft - cut into small squares.
- 2 medium cucumbers - cut into small squares.
- 1 large onion - finely chopped.
- 1 bunch A little parsley and coriander - finely chopped.
- 1 clove Garlic , finely chopped.
- 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice.
- 4 tbsp Olive oil.
- 1 Ground black pepper and Salt to taste.
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve small bowls.
- Serve with pita and hummus.
