Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. softened margarine
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 frozen Heath bars, crushed

Method

  • Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Stir pudding and milk together in bowl until very thick.
  • Add ice cream to pudding.
  • Spread mixture over cracker crust.
  • Spread Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle crushed Heath bars on top.
  • Store in freezer.
  • Allow to soften a bit before serving.
