Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 frozen Heath bars, crushed
Method
- Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Stir pudding and milk together in bowl until very thick.
- Add ice cream to pudding.
- Spread mixture over cracker crust.
- Spread Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle crushed Heath bars on top.
- Store in freezer.
- Allow to soften a bit before serving.
